Smart Touch Cleaning LLC ("we", "us", "Smart Touch Cleaning") operates the Smart Touch Cleaning website at smartouchcleaning.com and the Smart Touch Cleaning mobile apps for iOS and Android (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

4. Location data

The app requests "While Using" location permission. For clients, location is used only when you actively use the booking flow (to confirm your address on a map). For our staff, location is used to clock in at customer addresses and to navigate. The app does not track your location in the background.

5. Camera and microphone

The app requests camera access for check scanning and before/after photos, only when you tap those buttons. Microphone access is used for in-app phone calls to our office, only during an active call.

6. Push notifications

If you allow notifications, we send you booking confirmations, reminders, on-the-way alerts, and (for staff) job assignments. You can disable notifications anytime in iOS / Android Settings.

7. Data retention

We keep booking and payment records for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). You can request deletion of any other personal data by emailing info@smartouchcleaning.com — we will respond within 30 days.

The Service is for users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS) and at rest. Card data never touches our servers — it is tokenized by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you per applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new effective date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app and / or by email.
