Your physical check serves as your authorization for this electronic transaction.
  • Information Collected: We collect your bank name, bank routing number, bank account number, account type, and name on the account from the check you provide.
  • NACHA Compliance: All eCheck transactions are processed in compliance with NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) rules and regulations.
  • Authorization: By providing a check for payment, you authorize Smart Touch Cleaning LLC to initiate an electronic debit to your bank account for the specified amount.
  • Security: Bank account information is encrypted during transmission and is not stored on our servers. All eCheck processing is handled by Authorize.Net, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.
  • Processing Time: eCheck transactions typically take 3–5 business days to clear and may be subject to returns if the account has insufficient funds or if incorrect information is provided.
  • Refunds: Refunds for eCheck payments will be processed back to your bank account and may take additional business days to appear.
