Service Agreement

Welcome to Smart Touch Cleaning LLC. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

Smart Touch Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area and surrounding communities.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Booking & Scheduling

Service Hours

  • We operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • We are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
  • We are closed on all federal holidays.

Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made through our website chat, by phone, or via email.
  • A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation message.
  • Standard arrival time is 11:30 AM unless otherwise arranged.
  • We will notify you if there are any changes to your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Payment Terms

Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
  • Prices are based on property type, number of rooms, and selected services.
  • Additional charges may apply for add-on services, pet fees, or heavily soiled areas.
  • Quotes provided are estimates; final pricing may vary based on actual conditions.

Payment Methods

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
  • Debit cards are also accepted.
  • Payment is processed securely through our online payment portal.

Payment Timing

Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. For recurring services, payment is due before each scheduled cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Important: Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Cancellation Windows

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund; full charge applies.
  • No-show: Full charge applies with no refund.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us by phone at (336) 505-9280 or by email at info@smartouchcleaning.com. Please have your booking reference number ready.

Property Access

Access Requirements

  • You must provide safe and clear access to your property at the scheduled time.
  • If you will not be home, please provide access instructions (lockbox code, key location, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to inability to access the property.

Security

  • All our cleaning staff are background-checked and trained professionals.
  • We treat your home and belongings with respect and care.
  • Please secure valuables, important documents, and jewelry before our arrival.
  • We recommend securing or kenneling pets during the cleaning service.

Liability & Insurance

Insurance Coverage

Smart Touch Cleaning LLC maintains comprehensive general liability insurance to protect against accidental damage during our services.

Damage Claims

  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will investigate all claims thoroughly and fairly.
  • We are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or pre-existing damage.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement value, whichever is less.

Limitations

We are not responsible for damage caused by defective or worn equipment, pre-existing conditions, or normal wear and tear. We are also not liable for items left in pockets, hidden damage, or damage to items not disclosed prior to cleaning.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge.
  • If still unsatisfied after re-cleaning, we will provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.
