What are the working hours?

Our cleaning teams work Monday through Friday, typically between 8 AM and 5 PM. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

What is the pay range?

We offer competitive hourly wages starting above market rate, plus tips and performance bonuses. Team leads earn additional compensation. Pay increases are based on performance reviews every six months.

Do you provide transportation?

Team members travel together in company vehicles to job sites. You will need reliable transportation to our office location in Winston-Salem, but we handle all travel between client homes.
