Policies, Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows without notice will be charged the full service amount.
- To cancel, call us at (336) 505-4017 or reply to your confirmation text.
Refund Policy
- We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with any part of your cleaning, let us know within 48 hours.
- We will re-clean the areas of concern at no extra charge, or issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Recurring service customers can cancel their plan anytime with no penalty.
Service Agreement
- Our team will arrive during the scheduled window. We'll text you when we're on the way.
- Please ensure access to your property (gate codes, keys, lockbox) is provided.
- Pets should be secured or contained during the cleaning for safety.
- We bring all supplies and equipment. If you have preferred products, let us know in the notes.
Insurance & Liability
- Smart Touch Cleaning is fully insured and bonded.
- In the unlikely event of damage, report it within 24 hours and we will handle the claim promptly.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items left in inaccessible areas, or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service.
- By booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to grant property access.
